Sponge cake cupcakes – Light and fluffy these cupcakes come with a swirl of our Russian buttercream and can be flavoured with coconut, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, chai, lavender, rose, orange, lemon, peppermint, cinnamon, passionfruit, lime, almond, hazelnut, raspberry, caramel or strawberry.

Mud cake cupcakes– these rich and dense cupcakes can be made with white chocolate which can be flavoured with the same things as the sponge cakes, milk chocolate or dark chocolate which can be flavoured with mint, orange, raspberry, hazelnut, almond or coffee.

Fillings

Chocolate ganache– a rich decadent filling that can be flavoured with vanilla, passionfruit, orange, strawberry, raspberry, coffee, cinnamon, lemon, mint, orange lavender, rose, lemon rose or caramel and goes with both mud cake and sponge.

White chocolate ganache– a rich sweet filling that can be flavoured with vanilla, passionfruit, orange, strawberry, raspberry, coffee, cinnamon, lemon, mint, orange lavender, rose, lemon rose or caramel.

Caramel– buttery, sweet and rich this goes well with chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon or coconut.

Salted caramel– buttery and sweet but balanced with some sea salt. Goes well with chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon or coconut.

Nutella – A sweet choc hazelnut filling that suits vanilla chocolate and strawberries. Goes with mud cake and sponge cake.

Lemon curd – A sweet tangy filling perfect for sponge cakes and white chocolate mud.

Passionfruit curd – A sweet tangy filling perfect for sponge cakes and white chocolate mud.

Strawberry jam – A classic goes well with sponge cake and goes well with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or coconut.

Raspberry jam – A classic goes well with sponge cake and goes well with vanilla, chocolate, raspberry or coconut.

Choc mint ganache – A rich chocolate filling with a refreshing hit of mint. This goes well with sponge or mud cake and can go with vanilla and all choc flavours.

Choc orange ganache – A rich chocolate filling with a zesty hit of orange, this classic flavour goes with vanilla or chocolate and can go well with both sponge and mud cakes.

Mocha ganache – A rich chocolate filling with a hit of coffee flavour, this goes well with vanilla, chocolate, caramel orcinnamon and can suit both sponge cake and mud cake.

Biscoff – This filling is rich and creamy and suits classic flavours like vanilla, caramel or white chocolate and can go with mud cake or sponge cake.

Peanut butter – This filling can be as is or made into a ganache and suits classic flavours like vanilla, chocolate or caramel and suits sponge cake and mud cake.

Fondant is very sweet, is typically used for sculpted or detailed cakes and usually has ganache or buttercream underneath. this is also used as a base for our edible images.
